Shipping and Refund Policy
All orders placed before 10pm will be shipped the next day. Did you order after 10? We will ship it within 24-48 hours. If you need any changes to your delivery address, you can inform us up until 24 hours after ordering, and we'll change it free of charge. After fulfillment, unfortunately we can't change delivery addresses anymore.
If you have chosen fast handling, you will automatically receive a personal link to track your shipment in your email and receive priority shipping over all other orders. On average, we deliver to all addresses within 5 days after ordering. Please note delivery times may be effected and sometimes delayed by postal/package delivery service providers.
1. Eligibility for a refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds and returns requested before packages are delivered will not be taken care of. If you already partially or fully used the package we can not refund your full order amount. We hope you understand and respect this, nonetheless our amazing customer support team will still find a custom solution with you.
2. Refund Procedure:

Please provide your order number and briefly explain the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
3. Refund method:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exclusions:
Customised or personalised items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

At Mitdemrauchenaufhören.de, we place great importance on the health and safety of our customers. Our products—such as patches that are applied directly to the skin—must comply with strict hygiene and health regulations.
To maintain the integrity and safety of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used or damaged packages. This does not mean we do not offer refunds, and if you reach out our dedicated support team will find a solution together with you, but this policy ensures that all returned products meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

If you are unsure whether you received the right amount of patches, please first check your order confirmation e-mail to see how many weeks of supply you bought. In 99% of cases, the correct amount of patches was delivered to you, but because they are all in 1 box it might have confused you.

5. Shipping fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of shipping and/or return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Delayed or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund within 60 days, please contact your bank or credit card company. If the problem persists, contact us at info@vitalifit.eu for further assistance.
7. Changes to this policy:
